Kauffahrtei Flacon

Height: 9.8 cm with fire-gilt bronze mounting / Purple crossed swords mark overglaze / Meissen, circa 1735/40

Flacon in the shape of a pilgrim bottle. Sides adorned with maskerons, lower section godronated and gilded. Each side features a four-lobed cartouche containing colorful Kauffahrtei scenes with gallant figures.
