Since all of the comparative bottle vases bear AR monograms, we can conclude, that they were all made for Augustus the Strong or his son Augustus III. – either for the royal collection (in the Japanese Palace or the ‘Turmzimmer’ in the Residence) or they have been used as royal gifts.
The group of comparative AR bottle vases is characterized by a Kakiemon painting of ‘Indianische Blumen’ in brilliant colours. The motif occurs in three different variations: (1.) with a bird sitting on a branch, (2.) with a pair of birds or (3.) just flowers without birds.

The relevant literature on the bottle vases mainly dates them between 1730 and 1735. But regarding to Rückert we have to narrow the period from 1732 to 1735.
